5. Dev

DevThere is something about pop singer Dev that rivets your attention. She first gained major notice with pop audiences as the singer of the hook driving Far East Movement's breakthrough hit "Like a G6" to #1. Now Dev has branched out on her own. The single "Bass Down Low" peaked at #61 and she has made another pop top 30 appearance with a featured vocal on the New Boyz' party hit "Backseat."
